Thoughts on Founding

"Redefining the relationship between people and AI to create new value"

During my time at Microsoft, I enjoyed being an engineer while experiencing cutting-edge technology and its practical applications firsthand.
However, when I saw the rapid evolution and spread of generative AI, I strongly felt that this was not simply a technological innovation, but a "modern industrial revolution" that would have deep implications on industrial structure, working styles, and the very nature of human beings.

In the midst of this great change, I continued to ask myself questions.
"What is a human being? What is work? What is the purpose of technology?"

One answer they arrived at is that humans have evolved by "mastering technology."
Just as stone was the most advanced tool available to humans in the Stone Age, stone in this modern age is undoubtedly AI.

Creating value and contributing to society

Modern AI is rapidly branching out along two axes: general-purpose and specialized.
On the one hand, general-purpose AI tools that anyone can use are becoming more widespread, while on the other hand, there is a need for advanced AI that can deeply address specific issues and situations.
As a result, the IT market is being forced to undergo structural change, and the labor market is once again focusing on the "value that only humans can provide."

In this climate, we are working with highly skilled engineers to develop a business centered on value-creating AI and specialized AI.
Rather than simply automating and streamlining, we aim to redefine Japan's competitiveness and bring a new cycle of creativity to society through the development of "AI that maximizes human potential."
